Please place all your clothes inside a tied bag, like a regular trash bag. Our drivers cannot collect open baskets or loose items. You’ll be notified of your pickup time, and there’s no need to be home. Once your laundry is picked up, you’ll receive a photo confirmation.
Yes, once we receibe your order, we will send you a text message to comfirm the pickup time. Additionally, you will receibe a text message when the driver is in route to your location to pick up your laundry.
We cannot guarantee a specific brand, but you can select the general type of detergent you would like. These include: Scented- this is our default detergent offering, which provides the traditional scented laundry smell. Hypoallergenic – WE have several customers who choose this type due to their having young children, or individuals with sensitive skin.

Yes, at Jet Wash, we carefully read and follow all label instructions to ensure the best care for your laundry
Washing machines cycle lasts between 23 and 28 mins. A regular load will take about 15 minutes of drying time. If towels are included, 10 more minutes of drying time.
Yes, we do ! Whites and darks are washed separately. However, we kindly ask that you place them in separate bags. If you would like us to sort them for you, a $ 3 separation fee will apply
Customers can provide special instructions by filling out designated field on the scheduling form.
We don’t accept customer-supplied detergent, as it’s difficult to track during pickup and delivery. But no worries – We offer a variety of detergent options! If you don’t see your preference listed, just leave a note in the instructions and we’ll do our best to provide it. Your satisfaction is our priority.
No, you do not need to be home. Simply leave your laundry in a cleary visible location, such as your front door or porch, and we will take of the rest. We will send you a text message when our driver is on the way to pick up your laundry, and another message once it has been picked up.
If you miss you scheduled pick up day, a $ 12 missed pick up fee will be applied to your account. Please not that we send 2 reminder notifications via SMS before the scheduled pick up time to help ensure you do not forget about your pick up appointment.
